3. The Pitch: The Head Nurse reads a disaster. Secretly slide your funniest Contraband card forward.
4. The Flex: Defend your joke with your wallet in a cutthroat, high-friction betting round.
5. The Skim: The Head Nurse picks the winner, skims a mandatory $1 administrative tax, and pays out the pot.
6. Lights Out: Play until the Hazards run out or only 3 players remain. The highest bankroll wins the title of Apex Pensioner.
