Terms of Sale for Digital Products

Note: For physical merchandise purchased via www.nbgeefoundry.com (fulfilled by Printful or Lulu), please refer to our separate Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy.

1. Scope of Products

These terms govern the purchase of all "Digital Products," which include:

  • Downloadable Content: Music files, e-books, and digital art.

  • In-Game Service SKUs: Consumable survival assets (e.g., "Emergency Oxygen Scrubs") and temporary buffs within the NBGee Mainframe at play.nbgee.com.

2. Grant of License

You are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Reselling, sub-licensing, or claiming ownership of these digital assets is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of NBGee Foundry, LLC.

3. Refund Policy: All Sales Final

Due to the intangible nature of Digital Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any Digital Products purchased.

  • Consumables: In-game consumables are considered "used" upon character death or successful activation and are strictly non-refundable.

  • Protected Inventory: Digital products tagged as "Protected" will survive in-game character death wipes; however, they remain non-refundable once the transaction is processed securely through our storefront.
