Terms of Sale for Digital Products

These Terms of Sale for Digital Products ("Terms of Sale") govern the purchase and use of any digital products, including but not limited to music files, beat leases, document templates, e-books, and other downloadable content (collectively, "Digital Products") from NBGee Foundry, LLC and its associated websites, including but not limited to nbgeefoundry.com and nbgee.com.

By purchasing a Digital Product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully. These Terms of Sale are in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products

Our Digital Products are provided as is. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any Digital Product with or without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of a Digital Product.

2. Payment and Delivery

All purchases of Digital Products are processed through secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Gumroad, Stripe, EVEN.biz). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.

Upon successful processing of your payment, you will receive access to download the Digital Product, typically via an email containing a download link or through a customer account portal. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and to download the product in a timely manner.

3. Grant of License

When you purchase a Digital Product, you are not purchasing ownership of the content. Instead, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Product for the purposes specified in the product description.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a separate license agreement (such as for an exclusive beat lease), this license permits you to:

  • Use the Digital Product for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Use the Digital Product for your internal business or professional use (e.g., using a split sheet template for your own music collaborations).

This license expressly prohibits you from:

  • Reselling, sub-licensing, sharing, or redistributing the Digital Product, in whole or in part.

  • Modifying the Digital Product for the purpose of reselling it as your own.

  • Claiming ownership or authorship of the Digital Product.

4. Intellectual Property

All Digital Products, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are the sole and exclusive property of NBGee Foundry, LLC. No rights or ownership in the Digital Products are transferred to you, other than the limited license granted by these Terms of Sale.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the intangible nature of Digital Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any Digital Products purchased. Once a product has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned." Please ensure you have reviewed the product description carefully before making a purchase. If you encounter a technical issue with a download, please contact us for assistance.
