Thank you for shopping at NBGee Foundry! We partner with premium production facilities in the United States to ensure your items are crafted with care.
Order Processing & Handling Time To reduce overproduction and support our artists, all physical products are made-to-order especially for you. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, crafted, and prepared for shipment. (Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.)
Shipping Rates & Transit Times Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has been processed and leaves our partner facility, standard transit times apply:
Standard US Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that unexpected delays caused by postal carriers or severe weather are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to help you track your package.
Shipping Destinations At this time, NBGee Foundry ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
Digital Products Digital Capsules, music downloads, and other digital items are delivered instantly. You will receive a secure download link via email immediately upon successful payment. No physical shipping is required for digital items.
