Our Commitment

At NBGee Foundry, we are committed to building platforms for human connection and supporting our creators. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our products are made to order especially for you, which helps us reduce overproduction and support artists with every sale.

Because of this special print-on-demand model, we have a specific return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by our quality. If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please let us know immediately.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to us at inquiries@nbgee.com within 30 days after the product has been received.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

  3. A brief description of the issue.

We will work with our production partner to get a replacement or refund to you as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at inquiries@nbgee.com if your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date.

Buyer's Remorse, Sizing, or Other Returns

Because every product is made on-demand especially for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or changing your mind.

We provide detailed product descriptions and size charts (where applicable) to help you make the right choice before purchasing. Please check these details carefully before placing your order.

This policy allows us to avoid the waste of overproduction and ensures that our independent creators are paid for every unique item that is printed.

Digital Products & Books

  • Digital Products: All sales of digital products (like e-books, music files or software) are final and non-refundable.

  • Books (Future): Our policy for physical books will be updated here once they are available.

This Return and Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our full Terms of Sale for Digital Products. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
